Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking number and confirmation that your order has been shipped. Transit times vary depending on location but estimated times are typically:

To make sure that our customers receive their order quickly, we have fulfillment centers in the United States and Canada. Shipping carriers that we use USPS, UPS and Canada Post for all North American customers. For international shipments, we use APC and PostNL as our shipping carriers.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Customs fees, duties, taxes and/or handling fees may be incurred and are not included in the shipping fee.
Lampsity is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All policies are subject to change without advance notice.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $75 to customers in the United States and Canada.
If you would like make changes to or cancel your order, you must contact us at email@example.com ASAP with your order number. If the order has not been packed or shipped out and you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email, we can definitely help. However, orders can not be changed or cancelled if it has already been processed or fulfilled.

Although we work hard to ensure you receive your products properly, sometimes errors can occur while processing orders. If this happened and you are missing items from you order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the name of the item missing from your package. We will be in touch promptly to help resolve the issue.
In rare instances, an order may be fulfilled and split into two or more different packages. If this is the case, an email should have been sent so we kindly ask that you check your inbox to see if multiple shipments have been processed.
If you received an email that you have been refunded or your order has been cancelled without ever doing so, most likely you were able to purchase a product that was out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number and a link to it's tracking website. You can also directly visit the website of the shipping carrier that was provided and enter the tracking number there.
Sometimes, your tracking status may not be updated until it arrives at a shipping carrier's facility or the tracking page from the shipping carrier's website may also experience delays so updates may appear slower than usual. Don't fret, as it should eventually update and you should see that your package is in transit to you!
If you have waited longer than the estimated delivery times listed on our shipping page, please contact us with your order number. Sometimes shipping carriers may experience longer than usual delays, especially during times of high volumes of parcels like the holiday season. Also, due to COVID, delays may inevitably occur as well. For international shipments, things like customs inspections may take longer than usual and can cause delays. Either way, just shoot us an email and we will try to figure out what's wrong and resolve the issue.
