We have full confidence that you will absolutely love your purchase. However, we do realize that sometimes things may not work out so we have made our returns process easy. To be eligible for a refund:
- You have 14 calendar days after delivery to return your purchased item(s).
- All item(s) must be in it's original packaging, unused and unopened.
How To Return
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for return.
- You will receive an email with the return shipping label.
- Pack your item(s) and include a printed receipt or proof of purchase.
- We highly recommend providing us with photos of the returning products before shipping them out in case of damage during transit.
- Ship out the package and once we receive the returned item(s), we will send out an email with information about your return.
- After approval, your refund (with $10 USD deducted for the return shipping label) will be processed and a credit will be issued back to your credit card/original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear.
- Return shipping is $10 USD for all customers in United States and Canada. This cost will be subtracted from your refund amount.
- Original shipping fees will not be included in the refund amount and are non-refundable.
- All customers outside of United States and Canada will have to pay for their own return label and fees.
- We will not offer a refund for any open, used, or damaged products.
