- All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (during peak holiday times, please allow up to 3-5 business days).
- An email with tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.
- Orders ship Monday-Friday from our fulfillment centers in the United States and Canada.
Below are the shipping fees and estimated delivery times for your location. All orders over $75 USD receive FREE SHIPPING. For all orders with a total value under $75 USD, please refer to the table below for prices.

Please note that delivery times are in business days format. Although we do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible, delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:
- Shipping company's processing times
- Customs examination (when bound outside the United States and Canada)
- Delays due to weather conditions, peak holiday season, unexpected events
For more accurate delivery times, please refer to the email received after purchase which will include the tracking number for your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder. If there was no tracking number in your confirmation email or there are any other issues, please contact our support team and we will be more than happy to assist you.
- For international customers, customs fees, duties, taxes and/or handling fees may be incurred and are not included in your shipping fee.
- Lampsity is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local custom regulations.
- Please ensure that all of your information is correct prior to submitting your order as Lampsity is not responsible for any additional fees to reship the order.
- If you need to change your address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to update it before it gets shipped out. However, we cannot guarantee that it will update in time as once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing at our fulfillment center.
